Creating a share link

To share a file externally you create a link — but not a wide-open one. You can set a password, expiry and download limit.

  1. Click the link icon on the file row (or right-click → Share).
  2. Optionally set a password, an expiry and a maximum downloads.
  3. Copy the link or send it by email.

Sharing is download-onlyWhoever has the link only downloads the file; they don't sign in and can't upload. A shared folder downloads as a ZIP.
